Q: How do I remove an item
from my shopping cart? A:
On the CCNow checkout screen, enter a "0" (zero) in the quantity field then press the "Refresh Totals" button. |

| Q: Can I have
my order shipped to an alternate address?
A: Yes. At the top of the CCNow checkout
screen, tell us where you'd like the order sent in the Shipping Address
area (see right). This can be an alternate address.
However, the address that you give in the Billing
Address area (see right) must match the address to
where your monthly credit card statement is sent.

for U.S. customers only. |

Q: How do I
pay in a currency other than US dollars?
A: To select an alternate currency, simply click on the
corresponding flag. Hovering over each flag will show the current rate
for conversion from US dollars to the corresponding currency.

| Q: Was my order
accepted? How do I know?
A: After pressing the "Submit This Order"
button, your credit card will be verified by CCNow. This may take several seconds to complete,
so please DO NOT press the "Submit This Order" button again.
Once your credit card has been successfully
authorized, a thank you message will appear on your screen (see right). CCNow will be sending you a payment receipt
with details of your order by e-mail within the next 15 minutes.

A:
Contact 2000 Cranes as soon as possible and we will check for a
duplicate order and delete it immediately. |
