Q: How do I check the price of an item in
my home currency?
A: Press the add to cart button on the item page. The price
of the item will be converted automatically to your home currency.
To select another currency, use the pulldown menu. To check the
current exchange rate, hover over the flag bar. |

Q: How do I remove an item
from my shopping cart? A:
Press the garbage can icon to remove the item from your cart.
Totals are then updated automatically. |

| Q: Can I have
my order shipped to an alternate address?
A: Yes. At the top of the checkout
screen, tell us where you'd like the order sent in the Shipping Address
area. This can be an alternate address.
However, the address that you give in the Billing
Address area must match the address to
where your monthly credit card statement is sent.
This option is available
for U.S. customers only. |

| Q: Was my order accepted? How do I know?
A: After pressing the "Submit This Order"
button, your credit card will be verified by CCNow. This may take several seconds to complete,
so please DO NOT press the "Submit This Order" button again.
Once your credit card has been successfully
authorized, a thank you message will appear on your screen (see right). CCNow will be sending you a payment receipt
with details of your order by e-mail within the next 15 minutes. |
