Please contact 2000 Cranes by
e-mail within fifteen (15) days of delivery at:

2000 Cranes will issue a full
refund of the purchase price and original shipping charges
(less any duties paid by the customer) once we receive the item back in re-sellable condition.

Buyer accepts responsibility for
shipping charges (including insurance) back to 2000 Cranes. Please understand that we
can only refund return shipping charges if the return is a result of our
error.

Credit card charges will be
refunded on the same credit card only. Payments made by check will
be refunded by international postal money order or by check drawn
on our U.S. bank.
