If, however, you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, or feel
that it was misrepresented, we will issue you a full refund - no

Please contact 2000 Cranes by
e-mail within fifteen (15) days of delivery at:

2000 Cranes will issue a full
refund of the purchase price and original shipping charges
(less any duties paid by the customer) once we receive the item back in re-sellable condition.

Buyer accepts responsibility for
shipping charges (including insurance) back to 2000 Cranes. Please understand that we
can only refund return shipping charges if the return is a result of our
error.
