Description
These lovely ash glazed (haiyū) green tea cups by Wada Hiroaki came from the kiln enrobed in a soothing pastel color. They are accented in a technique called hakémé, where ash slip is applied with a stiff brush in one sweeping stroke. The last photo in the series shows the set before firing.
This 5-piece set comes with a wooden presentation box which will be custom made to order and signed by the artist. Delivery time for this item is 2 weeks.
