An exquisite set of five tenmoku green tea cups by ceramic artist Koji Kamada.  Formed to precision and wafer thin, each piece has its own distinctive character:  from the metallic quality of ginsho tenmoku to the contemplative deep blues of yohen suisei.  The set stands as a testament to the breadth and brilliance of Mr. Kamada's artistry.

The cups are called yuwan in Japanese, a term which implies their tenmoku tea ceremony bowl shape.

See Koji Kamada's Takashimaya Exhibition Pictorial.
